Italo Marseglia not only showed in Guido Reni district but everyone had the opportunity to have a chat with him the day after during the Show case. I hope he had some buyers visiting because one of the hope of Alta Roma mission is to drag as much as possible buyers from all over.
Let’s talk about Italo Marseglia. His fall winter 2020-21 was a patchwork of suggestions as you can see from the picture below. He called it Zoomantic, he proposes his iconic patchwork with digital sublimation printing on different supports. From eco-sustainable seaweed fabric to natural fiber lace up to tulle. It is a combination of feminine exageration and masculine sartorial rigor.
Italo was born in 1990 in the South of Italy. He attended scientific high school. Math, logic and rigor are the base of his creativity. He moves to Rome to attend IED and he graduates in Fashion Design in 2012. He worked with a great roman couturier, Fausto Sarli who passed away few years ago. A Real Maestro.
