Karl Lagerfeld Denim soon in Rome

Fashion is not the same without Karl Lagerfeld. The Kaiser as we used to call him, was not only famous for being the creative director of Chanel and Fendi, he always had his own line. We were able to see it in Florence last june during the Pitti Fair.

The stand was huge and full of graphic with his profile.

The signature KARL LAGERFELD combines parisian classic with a rock-chic attitude. Something I am always looking for my client when I take them on an exclusive shopping tour in Rome.

The line includes men, kids, bags, small leather goods, watches, eyewear, footwear, perfumes, candles and fashion jewelry. With the death of this genious, a lot of people want to have a souvenir of him, something that reminds him.

The Karl Lagerfeld Denim Spring 2020 women’s collection is inspired by the Bauhaus school of arts and crafts.

You can find it from October 3rd in Rome in the Rinascente department store in via del Tritone.

Karl used to be a fantastic art and furniture collector and he had Bauhaus examples in his house in Paris. It was one of his favourite artistic movement. The school grew in fine art, industrial design, textiles, theater, science and culture.

Patterns were important in Bauhaus style. The collection translates it into bold Karl Lagerfeld logo. For example a red denim biker jacket features an embroidered logo on the back. Such as white denim shorts.

Strong squared lines appear on five-pocket denim pants. In the collection also a series of degradé denim.

A clear reference to the Bauhaus style is the Karl Lagerfeld print obtained by mixing primary colours. Directly inspired by Karl’s style, you will find also a black denim jumpsuit with suspenders. Don’t miss a short sleeved denim hoodie, with a photo print of Karl’s face.

This special edition honors his immense legacy as a fashion icon. Discover it with us and book a tour in Rome for shopping. An amazing experience. We will tell you why Karl Lagerfeld was so important and why fashion will never be the same without him.
