IN CHANEL'S BOUTIQUES A NEW CUSTOMIZED SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Chanel and Farfetch, the global technology platform of the fashion industry have announced a deal for developping off line and on line, in store and out of store. Both believe technology today allows customer to expect ultra-personalised experiences and those two worlds have to be connected. I am very eager to discover it for an exclusive shopping with clients. Below the pictures of Jose Neves the ceo of Farfetch and Bruno Pavlovsky, the Chanel's fashion president. He declares something very interesting :" The digital will never replace the feeling of being in a fitting room", The challenge here is to develop a great e-service with a boutique moment.
